I worked with at least 3 other bartenders with more expertise in F&B operations than any of the managers - Everything is broken? brand new Ice-house **NOT A BAR BTW!!** frozen machines, ice machines, plumbing and mini-splits down after 3-6 months of SLOW BUSINESS ^ not one local person to maintain expensive equipment -Non-Local marketing. marketing team chooses to market to the Houston following and choosing not to capitalize on the immense foot traffic the Pearl brings. -Beverage Program is not flexible. no happy hours, specials, resident discounts, Pearl discounts or service industry deals.
