Nothing is good so far but less office politic

Different role deal with different challenges

Other department colleague are great expect HR department

1. micromanage and bias toward different employee 2. HR department not professional 4. keep apply leave or medical will cause our performance to be poor even thou you manage to complete your task on time. there's alot more cons but too much to list it, join at your own risk. other colleague are great just not HR department as you will not want to suffer your mental health.
