      Pros

      The experience, early Friday finishes, the CEO's EA is incredible (often forgotten/not given enough recognition in my opinion). Very few decent, hard working and credible people.

      Cons

      Heavy drug/drink culture, collegiate mentality even at senior management level, very inscestuous (everyone sleeps with everyone) those not deemed "important" are overlooked and not well respected.

      Pros

      The culture is very different than most agencies -- not hammering the phones, being micromanaged, no toxic behavior like I've seen before. On top of that, they may be the best recruiting team in NYC. The clients, process, and candidate pool are top knotch. Benefits, PTO, Holidays are great
