Cultivating Culture - Manager Goodman Realty Group Employee Review

I have been here since February and can honestly say I have never enjoyed a job more than this. Since day 1 I have been treated with kindness and respect and truly feel like I'm part of a family.

I don't really have anything negative to say, but I sometimes am frustrated by the number of meetings. I occasionally have trouble getting a project completed quickly because I can't access someone to get the information I need.

Roles and responsibilities can be unclear at times Communication between departments could be improved Processes and procedures are still developing or inconsistent Compensation may not align with workload/responsibility level Limited formal training or career development structure Priorities can shift frequently Office politics and internal inefficiencies can create frustration Employees may need to create structure themselves rather than follow established systems
