Pros
Similar to the other reviews, work life balance, somewhat friendly people
Cons
I don't even know where to begin... if you're thinking about accepting an offer here, my biggest and most sincere advice to you is that you DON'T, it'll be the best decision of your life. There are plenty of other companies that you can work at that will actually value you as an employee. I'm very confused about where all the 5-star reviews are coming from, honestly, genuinely confused, given that all my former coworkers are so unhappy here. Most of the people sitting in management positions have absolutely NO IDEA what they're doing, which makes me question how they got hired in the first place... oh wait, it's through referral, referral from other managers who don't know what they're doing, and this causes a chain of people sitting up high with no skill, no proper mindset on how to be good managers and no regard for others' opinions. Goodshop, the place where you're disrespected and undervalued as an employee, but if you have zero skills and think you're amazing at doing nothing and listening to no one, this is a great place to be! The good thing that comes out of this is you get to really work on polishing up your resume, gain amazing experience at bs-ing, and wear different hats, or masks rather.
