one of the pros is working with your co-workers, they are great and team players. if you sale well throughout the month you get a nice bonus. at the end of each month on the last Saturday the company buys you a nive lunch. good first time job
Cons
the store manager Karla, brings her personal life to work and takes it out on her employees, Very unprofessional. Your get called into the office for petty things, they accused everyone of stealing and makes there co-workers watch them. morning crew cannot leave until everything is clean, which is sometimes impossible when its really busy.
