Closed all holidays.

Cons

Management. Corporate doesn't have thrift store experience. Corporate doesn't communicate with store employees for ideas. What works on paper, doesn't always translate into effective, productive sales. Lack of staffing, training. Constant changes in company policy that affects customer service. When minimum wage increased, employees with experience earned same rate as new hires. Retail Associates hourly rate same as other positions in store: Customer service (interaction with customers: dealing with complaints), balancing drawer not reflected in pay. Too much new product purchased by Goodwill. Too much product with dust on display.

Pros

Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

Cons

Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
