Pros
I have worked in non-profits 98% of my life and once you dig deep enough and get high enough you see that this is not a true non-profit. No non-profit has the backdoor dealing they do, the poor treatment of employees, low low wages, poor policy, and overall toxic environment that I have seen from goodwill.
Cons
Once people get a true inside look at this company people will freak.
