Co-workers are extremely friendly and fun to work with. You get to come across some really cool things that people have donated.
Cons
Immediate supervisors and upper level management need work. There is no communication and threats of loosing our jobs of we discuss problems within the store. The pay is not proportional to the amount of work we do.
