Qualified managerial employees are pushed hard in a high employee turn-rate environment; they are expected to meet and exceed 100% of their job responsibilities and expectations while also including (but not limited to) filling in for and completing and exceeding 100% of the responsibilities for positions that are not filled, and always feeling the consequences for not performing fully in one or both/all roles.
