Pros
working with folks in the community to achieve success with employment and barriers to work.
Cons
Goodwill has lost the original concept of assisting the disabled and or disadvantaged to keep and hold a job. They seem to be interested in opening new retail stores and hiring people already qualified to get the job done instead of training the intellectual, physical, and mentally challenged.
