Pros
Constant learning environment and there was always an opportunity to teach people new processes. It felt good to work alongside adults with disabilities and be able to give them the opportunities to grow and become self sufficient.
Cons
Upper Management not fair and impartial Long, long hours and strenuous working conditions Expectations that are impossible to reach; constantly being set up to fail.
