      The store hours are good. The pay is fair. It is a nonprofit

      Cons

      The staff is usually all special needs with no training. Their job coach do most of the work. Training can be 2 weeks or 3 months depending on the DM mood.

      Pros

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Cons

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
