Pros
They provide both holiday and sick pay accumulated not all companies have that. The job is somewhat demeaning but I was very glad to even get the job Im still greatful
Cons
As I said its demeaning the very bottom of the retail scale. The class of people shopping there is ? Some of them are very rude and almost all treat the place poorly. Donations can ne good yet the majority I think we only got it cause it cost money to dump @ the city dump. People (test elctrical items and leave them out) There is a high level of theft and while employees are checked fairly regular customers often steal un believe able things
