You find cool donations I guess.

Cons

Management expects employees to work like robots. They use scare tactics if you don't reach goal, they count every second you aren't in your chair (including when you need to use the bathroom) They time you and watch your numbers. Lots of micromanaging, and when they see you doing good with your work, they pile on extra work on you. Pizza parties to show their employee "appreciation" while they get bonuses for sitting around at their desk or looking over everyone's shoulders when they can barely(or know) how to do the ridiculous amount of work they force onto employees.

Pros

Great pay, good team, flexibility and decent work

Cons

Dusty sometimes and some of the stuff can be gross but that's just part of working at a thrift store, having to handle that stuff

Pros

Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

Cons

Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
