Pros
Working with fantastic people, making genuine connections with the regular customers, something interesting or new every day. The staff at this place are incredible and everyone does amazing at their jobs, it feels like an actual team and management goes above and beyond to make team members feel supported.
Cons
Like any customer service job, you run into some creeps, rude customers, etc, but that was really minimal here.
