Upper management is the main issue. Constantly backtracking and making work environments unsafe for retail stores to turn profit in the guise of "transforming lives through the power of work". Workload can be insane at times but don't ever expect overtime :D Advancing in the company means knowing people, not working hard. Donors and customers can be extremely obnoxious and infuriating. Dealing with the entitled attitudes of both customers and management.
