Fun work environment and great management

Slow mornings, depends on events.

They put in a great front, promising you freedom of creativity, control, and “ownership”, then once you’re there, they micro manage the most trivial things.

Not paying their bills, taxes, employees, vendors. Lying to their management teams and blaming one another, while not communicating to each other, or marketing the company in any way. Shortcuts to save a dollar, but continue to purchase multiple restaurants, while they allow the others to struggle and be budgeted in a ridiculous manner.
