Corporate HQ is fantastic; onsite workout and dining; free covered parking. Above average compensation. Community involvement, intern and early-career opportunities.
Cons
Old school corporate structure and mindset; management by fear. Environment and culture is not conducive to risk-taking and innovation. C-level need some fresh blood from outside of Goodyear. Annual “rack & stack” employee calibration that went out of favor in the 1990s.
