      Turnaround times on parts has been reasonable.

      Cons

      Equipment is not always functional, sometimes for long periods of time. Profits are the only thing that matter so they will cut the available hours by as much as 25%. This includes flat rate technicians being limited on the hours they can be present in the building limiting your earning potential.
