Pros
As I approach 4 years with Goosehead, I can look back at my experience here and say you truly earn every opportunity you are given. I have worked my way up in multiple departments and have gained a level of professional development I know is unmatched. The team atmosphere is competitive but supportive. If you are looking for an opportunity to clock in and out, this is not that. Some days are longer than others, but I put in the work because I genuinely love what I do and believe in the leadership bench and career growth. There will always be changes so you need to be adaptable, but every change I have experienced at Goosehead has been the right move. If you are gritty and dedicated to success, you will build a tremendous career for yourself here. Take negative reviews with a grain of salt. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, but if someone was not coachable and always has their eye on the next shiny thing, it is hard to see success that way. A six figure income will not fall in your lap, you have to go out and get it. Not everyone is cut out for that.

Constant change is expected with any growing organization. You have to be adaptable. I have faced changes in technology, leadership, operating processes, role changes. They have all had a positive impact on my career and made me stronger.
