The company itself is growing.
Cons
Unless you are a direct friend/family member of the owners then don't expect the greatest pay. The company itself is very unorganized and has many problems with management. goPuff is a very unethical company and they don't even offer overtime to employees which is illegal.

- Great Company concept…. On paper. They can really sell themselves.
- Incredible co workers.
Cons
- Horrendous regional/corporate leadership delivery on promises.
- Company directives change by the week.
- Had 7 different regional directors in 3 years.
- Quarterly layoffs, you just wait for an email.
