Everything. Pay sucks, culture sucks, management sucks. This place is horriblle and treats its operations managers like crap. They expect you to work 24/7 and answer your phone even after you clock out. The management is conniving and dirty and they all gossip like teenagers. There is no real HR and they will ignore you. Upper management does not care and blames operations managers for everything. They all show favoritism and promise you promotions but in reality your just doing more work for nothing. After getting harassed by drivers and management you'll need therapy after working here. Please work somewhere else
