      Time flies, you will be busy. Fast pace. If you are self-motivated, you will gain a lot of experience very quickly.

      Cons

      The busiest times are after normal office hours, so it can be challenging to unplug from work when you're on call.

      Relaxed, straight forward job that you can leave at the door.

      Cons

      Very unorganized. Constantly staffed incorrectly. Little consideration from managers unless they like you (know that you're a hard worker and will take complete advantage of you).
