      I worked at gopuff UK for 1 year and during this time I witnessed 4 rounds of layoffs. Every quarter the Leadership (which consists of 8 men) decides to restructure and proceeds in lay offs of employees and mostly people that’s are still within theirs probation period. The decisions are made behind closed doors and the leadership behaviour in the office is extremely unprofessional.

      Relaxed, straight forward job that you can leave at the door.

      Cons

      Very unorganized. Constantly staffed incorrectly. Little consideration from managers unless they like you (know that you're a hard worker and will take complete advantage of you).
