The pay is good but that's it

You will not receive any help if you are having a bad month selling cars. It takes way to long for you to get paid on car deals. The turnover is extreme. I started at the company in 2014 with 20 sales person and i was the last one there out of the 20. Management is constantly changing. Been through 15 managers in 3 years. The service department is horrible. If you sale a used vehicle, the customer will constantly be at the dealership stopping you from selling cars because of issues with the car. The managers treat you like they dont need you and that your easy to replace
