Very good pay for the hours

Management is not keeping the other employees accountable

The guys/other techs were great, but they all have the same attitude when it come down to management. Pay is sub-par,

All the tech's feel the same way at this dealership its like a boot camp. Keep your mouth shut and you will receive work, bring up issue's and your black balled. This all happened when the GM took over 3 years ago. The place is falling apart a joke anymore. Your treated like a slave and not a human being. this is in all departments.
