      Pros

      A great place for growth. To be successful, you have to be able to take on multiple roles and responsibilities.

      Cons

      The company does not have a good 401K program. There are some weak players within the company, so you have to carry a heavier load. There is lack of team work there.

      Non to speak of. Staff was overworked to stay within budget cost.

      Cons

      Office admin has entitlement issues. CEO (Julie) She was to high on her shoes. Not sure how OSHA never shut down this business giving all the safety codes they would violate on a daily basis.
