Extremely high leadership and executive turnover created a constant lack of direction and instability. Priorities, expectations, and feedback changed frequently, making it difficult to execute work efficiently. Workloads were consistently unrealistic, with long hours, weekends, travel, and responsibility spread across multiple brands without adequate support.
