Super friendly and approachable attorneys and staff who are willing to answer questions. Opportunities to gain experience and see many aspects of litigation firsthand. Knowledgeable partners. Occasional fun events like boat cruises and holiday parties.

Broadly just a complaint about the legal field, but sometimes leadership is inaccessible in times of need.

The Minneapolis office is a growing office with great opportunities for associates to get hands on involvement with depositions, motion practice and trials. I found my supervising partner to be a great mentor and person. She cared about me as a person and lawyer. I loved my time at Gordon Rees, but left for increased compensation.

Less than market pay. Senior associate laterals who were cliquey and sophomoric.
