Despite what has been claimed elsewhere, lots of office politics and passive aggressiveness, competition between staff, unprofessionalism. - Very basic trivial training - Unrealistic promises and expectations - Old fashioned office (i.e. reluctant to offer hybrid working environment to all staff) - Remuneration far below the average salary for this industry due to the pie in the sky "commission potential" - For the top performers who make up the other reviews, it is a good place to work, but for everyone else looking for a good work/life balance and much better earnings, there are better options available
