Pros

One of the best companies I have worked for. The learning opportunities are immense and genuinely help shape you for a better future. The organization is highly people-centric, both in its policies and its overall approach. Employees are encouraged to explore cross-functional roles and develop new skills beyond their core responsibilities. People here truly invest time in mentoring, grooming, and helping others grow professionally. High performers are recognized with excellent hikes and rewards. Coupled with an amazing work environment, it makes for a fulfilling and enriching place to build a career.

Cons

None, everything here is amazing.

Pros

Good team culture and learning opportunities. Exposure to challenging work and responsibilities. Company policies are generally well established.

Cons

Appraisal and increment processes lack transparency and consistency. Salary revisions are frequently delayed, with little clarity provided to employees despite repeated follow-ups. Performance reviews do not always translate into timely compensation growth, leading to frustration and low morale. In nearly two years with the company, I received only one increment. The next appraisal cycle was delayed for several months, and updates were repeatedly postponed. Ultimately, after deciding to resign due in part to the prolonged delays, I was informed that I would no longer be considered for the ongoing increment process. This created the impression that employee contributions were undervalued and that compensation decisions lacked fairness and accountability.
