Cons
Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed working there. Came in on my own time for training, technology was a joke, and no one to turn to for any substantial help. Communication was a one way street. Not open to any ideas. Needlessly controlling. Does not matter how much experience you have they will treat you like a flunky. Rediculously low pay and minimal hours for what they expect you to do. The majority of the time I worked for free just to try and help. Unclear work assignments that changed mid project. Unrealistic timing and deadlines.
