Few. Friendly people in common circumstances. Can stay here forever without worry of termination. Does not / Did not impose any mandatory vaccine requirements through COVID
Cons
Many. Low pay. With few COVID restrictions, many people were infected. No chance for advancement. Looks outside for new leaders instead of promoting from within. Over 30 years of experience that was never respected or called on for support or guidance. Excessive travel. When times get tough, company cuts 401(k) match and freezes or cuts pay. With employment for life, management never removed the non-contributors. Creates bad culture. By bringing in new outside leadership it creates a disruptive atmosphere with outsiders new perspectives, directives, and culture expectations
