      Great company culture, strong leadership, and talented employees. Amazing PTO plan...work / life balance is a priority.

      uncertainty until product is approved but that just goes with the territory.

      Great team, small team of mostly seasoned professionals from the biotech and pharma landscape.

      Cons

      Not much young talent there for professional growth. Also only one asset/molecule. Layoff cycles have occurred over it's tenure.
