I’ve been working at Gousto for almost 4 years and have found it to be a supportive and inclusive workplace with a diverse workforce. The team culture is friendly, and colleagues are approachable and always willing to help each other. Everyone is treated equally, you can comfortably speak to anyone from junior team members right through to senior leadership, including the CEO, for advice or input. Managers are open to feedback and new ideas, which makes it a positive environment to work in. The work feels meaningful as the company continues to grow, and there are genuine opportunities for internal progression for those who want to develop their careers.

No real cons from my experience — apart from the occasional distraction of free food and ice cream in the office, which can be dangerous for my productivity 😄
