Totally chaotic management. The CEO left, several very high level experienced managers of departments left all at once. The remaining and new people are scrambling to control direction and the manager lacks vision. Two people started jobs and didn't finish out the week in the space of a couple of months. They were horrified by the factions, the mixed messages and the exodus of staff.
