Small Company, Reasonable workload and clear expectations regarding performance.

It’s a small company, so there will be alot of collective growth across the board. But, with that being said, growing collectively could be viewed as a positive.

Most of the cons have to deal with the Corporate team in Paris. A lack of understanding of the American Market. Slow repair process which frustrates clients. Lack of communication.
