Pros
It used to be a cool place to work, very nice people, great place to feel like you really contribute to something. Almost like family.
Cons
Previous owners cashed out and sold us to General Dynamics. Sine then, they have done their best to alienate the employees that bothered to stick around. Benefits have been cut and replaced with inferior product. Management obsessed only with money and looking good to our new masters. Communication is poor and hours are long. All too often we are not privy to the fruits of our labors.
