Good pay, good benefits, good business model

Cons

Run, don’t walk. 996 culture in progress! They use ActivTrak to monitor every click, tap, and screen activity on every single employee’s screen — on top of a return-to-office policy that’s 5 days a week. PIP quota is 10% every year now, instead of 5% every 6 months. No promotions in 4 years — just straight layoffs instead. Everyone is pushed into AI to the extent that people are ranked on a dashboard by how many merge requests they do in a month — and this includes non-tech roles. Peer review changed from 360 to 180, meaning people report to your leadership to reflect on your performance.
