      Encourages growth & learning. Everyone needs to be on top of current tech & is expected to adapt. Things could move fast due to flexibility & fast approvals.

      Cons

      Instability which causes retrenchment and restructuring. Your performance is measured by your output (although not for everyone- the ones that have their way with words tend to be liked more). Managing optics is necessary for you to be considered for promotion
