1) At the time of interview HR says this is the subsidary of Reliance and the culture is similar to reliance but it is not true. 2) Culture is very bad, lots of politics, favurism is high 3) Vendors are not been paid for their services, and you will be asked to convince him for not asking payment.. 4) Middle managment is not good, you cannot share your ideas, you are also not involve in any meeting and if you argue with them then you will be out of system
