Pros
Rewarding to be apart of the growth/progression of clients
Cons
-Lack of communication skills: this place has NO communication skills and the entire atmosphere has a passive aggressive tone. Instead of coming to you, the office will send a mass email to staff and call you out in a very micro aggressive manner. Any concerns or questions you have are immediately dismissed and I have seen coworkers of mine be reprimanded for asking simple questions or voicing concerns. I’m not sure who would feel comfortable in that sort of work space but it didn’t go well for me. -Scheduling is absolutely horrific. Completely unpredictable, inconvenient, and inconsistent. They are beyond unorganized and it reflects in their scheduling! -Compensation: they will NOT keep their promise in regards to raises! I was told that when I passed my RBT exam I would be granted a raise. Instead, I was told that I would not get anything yet other coworkers who started AFTER me and had even less experience than me were given raises. This was a great concern of mine. -PTO: if you have any person circumstances to get taken care of, make sure you let them know two weeks in advance or you will not receive PTO. This means if you have an immediate emergency that just came up, you will somehow need to make sure to alert them two weeks prior to get paid for that day. I had ONE issue that needed to be take care of for ONE day and was chewed out and reminded that PTO requests needed to be made two weeks in advance, regardless if it had just come up the day before. Basically, make sure you have a perfect life and working here shouldn’t be a problem. -Favoritism: this is PCTs main problem. They show clear favoritism amongst employees and have no shame about it. Very hostile and competitive work space because of this!
