Pros
Really outstanding culture, which is hard to cultivate in an all-remote setting. People are mission-oriented, positive, and so smart. Though there is a hierarchy, employees feel valued at all levels and have relationships that transcend job titles.
Cons
Being all remote can make it hard to connect at first, though they have done a good job at orienting onboarding toward building conection.
