Toxic, unprofessional - Head Office Graff Diamonds Employee Review

The company is a mess, there is no structure in place. The level of unprofessionalism in comparison with other luxury brands is even funny - it is like a toxic family office that somehow keeps going. Everyone is absolutely terrified of the director, the whole system is based on pleasing him and the family rather than actually focusing on the work. Screaming, shouting and cursing to the employees is a normality in the office. Huge staff turnover, besides few managers that are absolutely in admiration of the family and are constantly in pressure to please them. The employees are constantly in pressure to look "busy" rather than actually be efficient. Leaving on time or taking too many toilet breaks is considered as not acceptable. The office is in disgusting condition. There is no break room, everyone eats at their desk, toilets are always dirty and smelly. Only two coffee machines (the cheapest you can find) are available for the whole building with usually no capsules available.
