      Good leadership and chill environment, year end bonus, beers, happy hour, free phone bill. Work with various type of customer and interesting problem.

      Cons

      Not many PTO, 1 day or 2 in major holiday like Christmas and thanksgiving. Health insurance is ok, not much of benefit and salary growth.

      Pros

      They really do care about the employees. The benefits are fantastic, and the owners are not slave drivers. The people that work in the office are a fun group of people.

      Cons

      Being a small company you do not just do your assigned job, but have to help out in other random admin or misc work.
