Role not as advertised | poor leadership & communication | depressing culture - Senior Design Engineer (Mechanical) Graham Field Health Products Employee Review

For an experienced engineer, this role felt like a step backward. The leadership (Engineering Management) lacks technical depth and formal engineering foundations, which results in poor communication and a lack of mentorship. The environment is extremely socially isolating and depressing. I found it difficult to stay engaged when the work was mostly clerical and the departmental culture was devoid of meaningful human interaction.
