      Pros

      The company is very small but it is a good place to work. Everyone is treated like a family. The salary okay but not great.

      Cons

      The benefits they offer could be better. I was told that the company pays 100% of the benefits. But they changed this to 50% last year, just before I joined the company. I was kinda bummed out about this but whatever.

      Pros

      Graham Technologies, LLC is the Best Workplace environment for Department of Defense (DOD) Contracts. Graham Technologies, LLC leadership are engaged with its employees and its clients through regular site visits, quarterly teams' meetings and email communications. Employees are paid for all Federal Holidays, gracious paid time off, and tuition reimbursement for continuing education. Graham Technologies offers a great benefits package, matching 401 K plans and other incentives and benefits. I have and I will continue referring others to apply and interview for Graham Technologies, LLC roles.

      I cannot think of anything that would deter or hinder Graham Technologies, LLC progression for its employees or its clients.
