      Great culture with service tech, outside sales, and management.

      Cons

      A lot of racism, They talkeat and down to women, If a person peaking a different language walked in they would talk bad. If you were not a republican you are an enemy. If you enter a resignation, management treats you like you betrayed them.

      Salary plus commission, good healthcare benefits, room for advancement.

      Cons

      Poor communication from corporate, unrealistic goals with no help/guidance in attaining them. Poor work life balance, expected to be available 6 days a week when on salary.
