Pros
Great support for furthering education and getting professional certificates. Allows employees to get experience in a wide variety of fields and disciplines.
Cons
Management can sometimes be spread thin which cause issues several months down the line and then some of that can be passed down the line. Salaries are a little low for the field and opportunities to move up are rare.
